4.3 Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the scheduled dates. Failure to make a payment will result in immediate suspension of course access.
4.4 Authorization: You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your enrollment.
4.5 Pricing: You agree to pay the fees specified at the time of checkout.
5.1 Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. Before completing your payment, we encourage you to review the course outline and explore our introductory videos on the website and social media to ensure the teaching style is a good fit for you.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated and due to the digital nature of this content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to Course materials has been granted.
5.3 Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Course. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or credit at our discretion.
6.1 Course content: may include videos, audios, written materials, live sessions, and community spaces.
6.2 Access: duration is specified on the Course sales page. We do not guarantee lifetime access unless explicitly stated.
6.3 We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Course content at any time.
6.4 Grant of License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial use
6.5 Prohibited Actions: You may not share your login credentials, sell, redistribute, or record the course content to share with third parties.

8.4 Termination: We reserve the right to remove you or any Student from the course and community, without refund, if you violate these conduct standards.
9.1 You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other Students.
9.2 Any personal information shared by other participants during live sessions or group discussions must not be shared outside the Course.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Courses.
10.2 You agree that our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.
11.1 No Guarantees: We provide educational tools to help you succeed, but we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or transformations from participation in the Courses. Your success depends on your own effort and circumstances.
11.2 Any testimonials or examples shared are not promises of results.
12.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to a Course if you breach these Terms.
12.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
14.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
14.2 Continued use of the Courses after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
